Ages 7-12 Kid’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art focused on self-defense, confidence and problem solving. It teaches children how to use technique and leverage to stay safe and control challenging situations.
Through fun, structured training, kids learn how to set goals, work as a team, and overcome obstacles with a positive attitude.
Wrestle safely, learn cool techniques and celebrate progress – while having fun and making friends!
Kid’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class Schedule
With classes offered three times weekly, our Kid’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program provides children ages 7–12 the flexibility to train at their own pace—attend once a week or join all sessions for maximum progress and confidence.
Learn Self Defence and Build Confidence
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches children how to protect themselves using technique and leverage rather than strength or aggression, making it one of the safest and most effective martial arts for real-world self-defense. As kids learn to problem-solve under pressure and overcome challenges on the mat, they develop resilience, discipline, and a strong sense of confidence.
Each new skill earned boosts their self-esteem, helping them feel capable in school, social situations, and everyday life. BJJ isn’t just self-defense—it’s a pathway to confidence, character, and personal growth.
Build Friendships and Have Fun
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu creates a supportive environment where kids learn and grow together. Partner drills, technique practice, and problem-solving on the mat teach children how to communicate, cooperate, and trust their teammates. They quickly discover that progress in BJJ isn’t a solo journey—every skill learned is supported by training partners who encourage, challenge, and inspire them.
As kids work together toward shared goals, they develop confidence, respect, and strong social skills that extend beyond the gym. BJJ doesn’t just teach self-defense—it builds teamwork, friendships, and a sense of belonging that strengthens every child both on and off the mats.
